It is more sad than degrading...and only for the women who do not have enough umph in their being to pull themselves up.

Why is it degrading? If I could be a high class who*re and pick and choose like they do, and do what I love and get paid for it...degrade me all you want baby!

Problem also, I really suck at acting...

With his recent comments & current age I believe he should be evaluated to see if he even knows what year it is. He is representing God knows who for the only purpose that I can tell is to destroy our reputation. We don't need senile old farts like him out muddying the waters at this critical time. He should stay home at his peanut farm & share all of these theories with his hound dog & give us a break.

My ex is taking me to child support. She seemed to drop it on me the day after i got engaged(Seem strange). But she told me that she filed the paperwork already. I am planning on taking a paternity test, because I never signed an acknowledgement or the birth certificate. She keeps saying it is a process, but I just want the madness to get over quickly. I known her for years, and just hate that the relationship is so bad between. But we have a little kid involve, so it is not about us. I am willing pay child support, just my responsibility. But I want to get some information first
When I get married will my spouse income be included
Because I don't think she should have to pay for my previous actions before the marriage
Second, I want to file for joint custody
What will be my rights and responsiblities under that act.I love my son, but I just know under theses circumstance I just could get along with the mother, So I think it is best to go to court. I am just glad he is only one

i had braces when i was 21. its been a year since the treatement has been done. when i was 16 a dentist told me that my lower jaw has not grown and he gave me a mouth piece for the lower jaw, he told me to wear 24/7 which was not possible because i couldn't speak since i had to attend classes i wore it during nights.. there was not any significant changes.. then when i was 21 i met another ortho, he checked and extracted two teeth of upper jaw and put braces to bring the teeth of the upper jaw back.. now i feel my nose has changed

Some background...I'm a 5ft nothing Scottish-American, don't wear religious jewelry and probably DO sound like I grew up in a Jewish neighbourhood.
I get told I am Jewish *all the time.* Like, asked what I'm doing for holidays and if I'd like the Kosher meal at work functions.
Other times, I have people tell me I'm Christian, but I think they are just playing statistical roulette.
How do you decide a person's religion without asking? I don't, but I'm wondering what the code is...

There's been a ton of questions about a non-existent draft. Questions of the "what's in it for me" variety about enlisting. Questions about negotiating a deal concerning enlistment like the military was some sort of yard sale. Questions about finding a "safe" unit that doesn't deploy. These are mainly asked by the generation we gave birth to. I think we failed in passing down vital knowledge to them.

We put an offer on the house 10 days ago. As we found out, the property is a foreclosure and owned by the bank.
It's been over 10 days and the bank did not give us an asnwer yet. Theoretically our offer is expired.
I've been told, that sometimes banks prefer not to give an answer for as long as they could while stretching the time expecting better offer.
Our offer was not full price. How can I expedite the process? Anyone has the experience bying a foreclosure? Why is it taking so long?

I have just received a notice of proposed assessment from the State Of Georgia. It basically says that I have been audited and found to owe $331.00 from the year 2005. It also outlines ways I can protest.

It also says that additional information is on the reverse side of the bill. That section is blank. There is no explanation as to WHY my 2005 taxes were wrong. I called the GA Dept of Revenue, and they said that they couldn't pull up my taxes because I filed electronically. Still, no explanation as to WHY I owe them $331.00.

I can protest in writing, but how can I argue with their numbers if I don't have them?

P.S. If it matters, I live in Indiana and only have a little bit of LLC income from Georgia.

Is there anything that can be done? Can the person who did it, if you know who it is, get in trouble? I know that most places these days have caller id but what if the person uses a spoofcard and uses your number and gives your address? Is there anyway to trace it to them? This happened to one of my friends and she thinks she knows who it is, but she has no way to prove it.
