This is really hard to explain but I'll *try*. Is it possible God called Jesus His Son to relay to humans the "value" of God sacrificing Jesus for our sins? Meaning; was Jesus *literally* God's "son"? Or is possible that God (being three beings in one - i.e. the Trinity) was using the "Father/Son" relationship as something humans can relate to? Meaning Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit being one in the same but yet three separate entities, but not Father and Son. Maybe God only states Jesus is His son to help our human minds grasp the love God has for Jesus.

Sorry I know this is confusing but just something I wanted to throw out there and get some opinions on. Oh and before all the atheist tell me that it’s a fairy tale and that I’m a simple minded village idiot, I’ve already been told, don’t need to tell me again, thanks anyway.

In this sentence:
"He shares his opinion about the lack of humanities in colleges." My professor circles lack on my paper as a word choice error. I don't understand why it doesn't make sense.
Does anyone have a better word for me to replace it with?
Thanks in advance.

What about people who write songs? Many say the songs came quickly in their heads or they "heard" the lyrics or music..they usually say it's a Muse. What's the difference? These people get honored for their music, while others are called crazy. Even many Christian songs were written this way.(ex. "And I'll Rise Again" was written in less than 10 min..and it "came to him".) Please explain. (If you want to make fun or criticize etc..please go to the R&S site..they love to play that game. That's why I (and many others ) left it.

Cos, don't you think that a lot of her "Ideas" for the Harry Potter books were "borrowed". eg the hidden room at Hogworts is based on a room at Ampleforth College, North Yorkshire. Plus I remember a TV program showing were she got her Ideas from, Did they sue her? No! Strange how some people take a simple thing and once they have copyright on it, money goes to there heads. So why sue? After all one guy said they have done a Titanic theme and nobody is sueing.

He says breathing the cold or wet air can cause a baby to develop bronchial problems and pneumonia. I say bundle the baby up and take him out. He says keep him in the house when the weather is bad. Help me settle this dispute...

The reason I wanted to switch my major to mechanical engineering is because the undergraduate program in biomedical engineering taught me a bit of every subject: biology, engineering(mechanics, circuits......) but I didn't learn none of the subjects in depth. That is why I wanted to switch to mechanical engineering for graduate school to have an stronger engineering background to eventually work in the medical device field. I am just a concerned since I didn't take the undergraduate courses in mechanical engineering..& it seems to be a tuff major
Thank you in advance = )

If the coefficient of static friction between penguin and sled is 0.700, find the maximum horizontal force that can be exerted on the sled before the penguin begins to slide off.
