ok,im 13 and today in school, my downstairs was iching like mad at the middel back of my penis.when i went to the toilet,i checed ani i had a very red and a little bit big spot on the back of my penis.when i got home i sqwezed it and like a zit,some king of white stuff came out!
what is it and will ih heal.evry time i toughch it ,its red and it really hurts.

Ok so My perid was regular until about 2 months ago Ive only had it for like 11 months But during the summer I had like a day long period and then something like 20 days later I had my full period Then the next month i had 5 days of spotting and then again about 20 days later i got my full one that was about 10 days ago and now Im bleeding again! Whats going on? Im really scared that there might be something wrong with me. I dnt want to go to the gyno just yet (Im 12) And i feel weird asking anyone about it .Please help me ! Oh and 1 more thing everytime ive been spotting or having my full period one of my friends (diff ones each time) has had her period cud i just be picking up on their cycles or is this serious?

I have been working in the U.S since October 06. I got married this year in March and my spouse started working in September this year.
I still haven't updated my W4 for the year with my employer.Does this have any future consequences? Can i submit my tax returns (joint or seperately) with my wife next year and recieve the extra withholdings ?

I workout everyday. I do an hour of weights/kickboxing/plyometrics/ core (depending on the day), abs every other day.... and then run for 30-45 min, sometimes more. I have eaten more healthier than I ever had before. I eat 60 calorie yogurt with granola in the morning, followed by a granola bar, and possibly some peaches for a snack. Lunch is usually a wrap from subway with turkey and no cheese- and a few baked chips (i share the bag with my friend!). I have a mid day snack to keep my metabolism up, again maybe peaches, or a Special K bar (90 calories). This usually helps me have energy when I go home and start my workout. I have light dinners. Plain tuna, cucumbers and tomatoes, balsamic low cal dressing. Fresh cut strawberries and sparkling water.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!? I still am flabby around the mid section! I've been super crazy for about 2 months now, I can see my muscles but they are covered with flab still! Should I just wait longer? it's so frustrating!
