squats, leg press and lunges are a great start. Start off light and do more reps so that you won't gain bulk. Add more weight as you feel yourself gain strength. Also, 24 Hour has a great class called 24 Lift which helps train people on good lifting exercises. The girl at my gym kicks my butt! It is a great class.

Aside from simply putting on a bunch of weight (which actually is not guaranteed to end up back there), the healthiest way is to work out your glutes, giving you some 'perk'. I'm sure you could find some exercises online. Pilates worked for me, though.

Cardio kicking will build a firmer rounder butt...my trainer had me do them. They are all martial arts oriented.

1 - Hold your leg straight our to the side as straight and high as you can then raise your leg ten times then switch legs.

2.. Lift your knee to a flat 90 degree angle turn you leg over so your foot is pointed to the side then kick your leg out like a side kick. each repetition should bring your knee back toward your body thrusting your leg and foot to your side. Ten times each leg

3. Front kicks - Standing on one foot hold your leg directly out in front of you as high as you can then lift it without aid ten times on each leg.

You'll notice results within two weeks and within a month you'll have formed more rounder firmer butt.

go to the gym and work out your glutes, and make sure you are eating more calories than you ae burning away during your workout routine.

try barbell or goblin, squats. Check youtube, I'm sure there are videos that show the proper way to carry out these exercises.

Just sit down and eat. Big butts are hideous. Small tight butts are where it's at.
All that junk in the trunk is just that.

Squats and lunges... but now a days they have surgical procedures like the brazilian butt lift (something like that).

You have to do exercises that will increase the size of your glutes. Squats and lunges are two that I can think of.
