I workout everyday. I do an hour of weights/kickboxing/plyometrics/ core (depending on the day), abs every other day.... and then run for 30-45 min, sometimes more. I have eaten more healthier than I ever had before. I eat 60 calorie yogurt with granola in the morning, followed by a granola bar, and possibly some peaches for a snack. Lunch is usually a wrap from subway with turkey and no cheese- and a few baked chips (i share the bag with my friend!). I have a mid day snack to keep my metabolism up, again maybe peaches, or a Special K bar (90 calories). This usually helps me have energy when I go home and start my workout. I have light dinners. Plain tuna, cucumbers and tomatoes, balsamic low cal dressing. Fresh cut strawberries and sparkling water.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!? I still am flabby around the mid section! I've been super crazy for about 2 months now, I can see my muscles but they are covered with flab still! Should I just wait longer? it's so frustrating!

You are NOT keeping your metabolism up - you are slowing it down because you eat way too little for that level of activity. As a matter of fact - to little even for a couch potatoe.
Your body is storing fat as much as it can because you are depriving it.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I'm with Natalie on this one. It sound like you need to be eating more for your exercise level. Also, I don't see where you are getting any lean protein, just a lot of carbs from the granola and the fruit.
Try and increase your protein, drink lots of water and eat every 2-3 hours. With your workout schedule, make sure you take a break every once in a while and continually challenge your self with the cardio by increasing the speed, intensity, duration, incline or alternate to a new program onthe machines. That way you continue to get optimal burn of the fat and you should see those ab's pop out in no time.
Have patience, it seems like your on the right track. Some slight tweaking should get you going!

First of all, you need to make sure you're getting the right amount of calories or your body will go into starvation mode and start resisting fat loss. Eat at least 1500 calories a day, and eat a balanced diet of WHOLE foods, like fruits, veggies, etc. Be moderate with the exercise as well. An hour a day is plenty enough cardio. Don't kill yourself over it.

If you're really exercising that much and not losing. Then the problem is in your diet. Your body is using your muscle tissue to feed your workouts while holding onto your fat as a last resort for body fuel. So you are getting thinner but it's because you're losing muscle tissue not fat...you probably need at least 1800 to 2000 calories a day to feed your body, lose weight and maintain this level of activity.

have some patience. how long did it take you to put on that weight? 1, 2 , 3, 4, or more years. so it should not take you 2 months to get it off. give yourself a year or 2. keep working at it. good luck.

It sounds like you may not be eating enough. If you are working out that much and eating very little, your body may think you are starving. A female friend of mine was like this and she went to Jenny Craig, and they told her to start eating more. She did, and it worked.
Good luck!
