Titles are not copyrightable. You would have to check tot see if they were trademarked however. In some cases, they are. But generally titles are free game. You would need to speak to a copyright attorney. A little secret way to get around it is just to get them wrong .. LIke htis...

Don't worry about it now, just write you book. When you start working with a publisher they will work out all the copywrite stuff if it is necessary. Your job as a writer is to write, leave the legal stuff to the legal people.

No, you can just add a footnote as to who the film belongs to and the year it was produced. That is giving proper credit
