ok,im 13 and today in school, my downstairs was iching like mad at the middel back of my penis.when i went to the toilet,i checed ani i had a very red and a little bit big spot on the back of my penis.when i got home i sqwezed it and like a zit,some king of white stuff came out!
what is it and will ih heal.evry time i toughch it ,its red and it really hurts.
HELP?

Well you are 13 so I'm assuming you aren't sexually active. It is probably a pimple or maybe an ingrown hair. Just watch it and keep it clean and make sure it gets enough air.

It's probably just a pimple. Herpes has no pus, syphilis doesn't hurt. Don't touch it. You can place some antibiotic ointment to help with infection.

Probably because you've hit puberty,gets a bit sweaty....wash abit more often...its probably your hormones.Dont squeeze it, put Tea-tree oil on it..dont worry.

show it to your dad and ask him what he thinks - I think you need to go to a dermatologist - and it's really important you get an adult opinion fast. School Nurse if you don't trust your dad???

just sounds like a pimple...ans pimples can come anywhere on you body.....just keep area clean.
