very bad - because its not fat you lose - its only water weight and muscle which means slowed down metabolism and contribution to yo-yo cycle.
you cant lose more than 1-2lbs of fat a week.

Almost 2 pounds a day? That is very dangerous and could make you ill. Don't do it. Normal weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week.

Yes, very. You might want to think about increasing your diet a little if you don't think you're eating enough. Eat healthy foods though. Don't fill yourself up with salts, sugars, etc. You might want to see a doctor if this continues at all.
