Cause I'm geographically challenged - happens to me all the time. You just hang on there - read a good book - and I'll be there in a jiffy!!

Because we didn't have enough phone coverage for me to be able to go. Not that I didn't think Amy could handle it, but it seems that whenever Donna and I go, things go crazy - and there is no one else in the branch who knows our business, so....phone coverage. That is why I am not there.
