I have an 18 year old 8m x 4m swimming pool and in previous years I have noticed a slight blackening of some of the white tile joints. This year perhaps because it has been much wetter weather, the area of black joints is much much greater and quite unsightly. I presume it is algae build-up and have tried chrystal chlorine and brushing to no avail. How do I eradicate this.

I am getting married and I don't want to put step-mother on the wedding programs. My definition of a step parent is someone who steps in to help take care of you, which I was an adult when my mom passed away. My dad remarried a few years back. I have an okay relationship with his wife but I don't consider her as a "step-parent". I always relate to her as my dad's wife but I don't want to be rude and put that on the programs.

She doesn't go out with guys. She is very butch in her way of dress. She only has girlfriends and roommates. She only has 3 male friends including myself the other 2 she works and goes to school with. I think she thinks I'll treat her differently if she opens up. I don't know what to do about it. I do Administrative work making $13.00 an hour. I will be getting more responsibilities because this lady got fired. She do did Admin work as well. I do not know how much she made. The boss will meet with me soon and I don't want to sell myself short. My friend says $15.00. I can name numerous tasks but to give you details. I work for a company that services beer systems so our customers are restaurants and bars and some homes. We do out of state jobs as well. It's not nice- I mean fair enough, going out and kissing different people, but why go out and sleep with people you have never met before? It's horrible. Sex is always better in a relationship anyway, theres all the emotional stuff involved.

I have been at this job for a couple of weeks already and he had approached me several times with bs. I stay to myself all the time cause I HAVE ALOT TO DO. My past has told me that a person who posts his accomplishments publicly is asking for trouble. I feel like I ain't giving him a fair chance, but he does things to me that pisses me off.
