by tolerant levels I mean:

it bothers you in personal conversation, but not in movies/tv
it bothers you when children do it, but not adults
it only bothers you when children are in the room listening
you don't curse unless your extremely mad
you only curse around a certain friend/group
it turns you off/on when the opposite sex does it
you have certain curse words that don't bother you, and then harder ones that do ( i call them 'soft' or 'hard' profanities)

etc.....

because I laughed at my daughter for getting a detention??

She is always late because she wants to "just sleep in a bit". She has been tardy 4 times now this year and has to be at the school at 7am on Thursday for a detention for being late so much. I am past the point that I am going to stand there and yell at her for not getting up. She is 17 and needs to realize that actions sometimes equal consequences. Is that so bad??

I have a BIG exam tomorrow and I'm almost done with it all. But since literature is the subject, I can still read through different plots and memorise some more points. Will it be safe for me to study through the night, I love literature although I haven't had much sleep throughout the week..

Does studying throughout the night causes things like headaches and giddyness in the morning? I had friends who warn me not to do it cause they had to miss exams when they fell sick the next day

Thanks

The sandwhiches will be on hearty white bread, with stuff like swiss cheese, horseradish, mayo or mustard to put on them. What side dishes/fixins sound good too?

I want something a bit more romantic and quiet. A good day out for strolling along an Autumn beach hand in hand. That sort of thing.

We'll be driving.

I was working with two realy nasty pieces of work, and they live together as a couple, they both work part time, one had two kids from a previous relationship and of course she has a council house. anyway she hasn't told the benefits people that she has had someone else living there as her partner for well over a year, and as a result the pair of them earn over twice what I do, even though I work fulltime and they are both part time. This country sucks for benefits, and I am sick of paying for people who are just too lazy to work when they are able. I am happy to pay for those who legitamitley can't work, but would I be harsh in telling the benefits people of their little scam? It doesn't hurt that I don't like them both either.

Are there any published statistics concerning the effectiveness of law enforcement monitoring of chat rooms? How many actual 14 yo youths are "picked" up by 14 yo old cops? Why is pretending to be a 16 yo a crime and not just an act of fiction writing?
