Here is truth about global warming:

Global warming is one-half of the climatic cycle of warming and cooling.
The earth's mean temperature cycles around the freezing point of water.
This is a completely natural phenomenon which has been going on since there has been water on this planet. It is driven by the sun.
Our planet is currently emerging from a 'mini ice age', so is
becoming warmer and may return to the point at which Greenland is again usable as farmland (as it has been in recorded history).
As the polar ice caps decrease, the amount of fresh water mixing with oceanic water will slow and perhaps stop the thermohaline cycle (the oceanic heat 'conveyor' which, among other things, keeps the U.S. east coast warm).
When this cycle slows/stops, the planet will cool again and begin to enter another ice age.

It's been happening for millions of years.

The worrisome and brutal predictions of drastic climate effects are based on computer models, NOT CLIMATE HISTORY.
As you probably know, computer models are not the most reliable of sources, especially when used to 'predict' chaotic systems such as weather.

Global warming/cooling, AKA 'climate change':
Humans did not cause it.
Humans cannot stop it.

Global warming is most definitely a cycle, human activity has some effect on climate but it is probably well with the ratio of natural variability. Climate research is a very new study, and there is no consensus on the physics associated with all the variables required to accurately predict climatic change. Scientists tend to assume that weather is chaotic and unpredictable and climate is stable and predictable. The paleo-climatic record indicates that climate can change very rapidly, and climatic change in the past always appears to be cyclical and for the most part correlates with solar variablility. The roman warm period and medival warm period's both came and wen't rapidly and do not appear to be any different than the modern warm period.

This episode of warming appears to be cyclical as well, and it also appears to have peaked and we are at the early stages of a cooling phase.

Notice how the surface warmed at a faster rate than the atmosphere, this is in direct conflict with the AGW theory.

It is the SUN.

Both, humans are making to much vans, trucks and whatever else that have these fancy features but what they really are are one of the biggest environment polluters. even something as simple as turning off a light or tv when leaving a room can save the worlds fossil fuels from polluting the air. Companies make products that people like because it makes them lazier but they dont need to use them because some of those products could cause pollution which could lead to the greenhouse affect and could later lead to global warming. But it could also be the earths cycle.

Global warming is natural and i personally believe that we may go into another mini ice age soon, also many scientists think we'll have another one, however the gases we produce aren't good for our health, so going green isn't a bad thing, if you make your home as self sufficient as possible, if drastic abrupt climate change happens in the near future you will be able to help yourself if you are producing your own energy etc.

well it is not part of the earths cycle and is not all cased by human action the term global warming has been debated out because of political resons

The amount of increase of co2 is a scant 0.001%. This has no impact on the climate. During this time, the Sun's output has increased 0.1%. And remember, the Sun is the source for all of the Earths energy and heat.

The reason people claim man is the cause, is because this argument is more political than it is scientific. If you get people to believe than man is the cause, then you can pass laws to control man's actions and raise taxes. What laws could you pass, how high could you raise taxes if it was known the Sun is causing warming?

Even if we aren't contributing to global warming, were certainly using up all our natural resources. Maybe we're accelerating earth's natural cycle?

It is just the cycle of the planet we have nothing to do with it. It has warmed up and cooled down many times before in the past even before we had industries that produced c02.

Yes, it is caused by humans. It isn't part of a natural cycle, like some people say we are just coming out of an ice age. Well we just had one

HERE WE GO AGAIN GETTING BRAINWASHED BY THE GOVERNMENT HOW ELSE CAN THEY GET TAX OFF US THEY HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO TAX US ON SO WHY NOT TAX US ON GLOBAL WARMING WE ONLY HAVE THERE HERE SAY ON THE DAMAGE TO THE EARTH EVEN SOME TOP SCIENTISTS DO NOT AGREE BUT IF THEY SAY ANY THING THEY LOSE THERE FUNDING. WATCH OUT THEY WILL BE TAXING HOW MUCH SUN LIGHT COMES THRUE THE WINDOW IN YOUR HOME.
