If someone is in there home, smoking marijuana why should he or she be arrested? They arn't doing anything. All arresting them will do is give them a record making thier life difficult and cost them money. If a group of friends who are 18 want to get together and have some beers and chill, why should they have to pay a fine and lose thier liscense? It is pretty unethical to me that the government would ruin peoples lifes for doing something that effects no one but themselves.

I recently had unprotected sex with my fiance (yes dumb) and it was around the time of ovulation. Of course it's too soon to tell if I'm actually pregnant.( If I am pregnant, it would only be a few days..) i'm scheduled to have an Endoscopy in a few days that would require the doctor to give me an injection to make me sleepy ( some type of sedative). If I am pregnant, is this safe? Maybe I'm being paranoid, because I might not even be pregnant, but I just don't want to risk it. any thoughts?

Ive already asked this but I wasnt clear so Ill try again.

I take pain med for Chronic pain, its a long term thing so its something I have to deal with. I dont drink much but I would like to drink with the girls tonight. They are trying to get me out of the house, which I really need. I usually take percocet and if I drink I wont take it for a couple hours before I go out.
I am trying Opana right now ( not the ER version). Ive taken 15mg all day, its been tuogh because Im in pain but I havent taken it since 2-3 this afternoon. I just wanted to be cautious if I went out and had a couple drinks say around 9ish tonight.
I am so tired of dealing with meds and worrying and it seems like the one night I want to go out, its a hassle. I know I can drink soda or non-alcoholic drink but tonight I just want to be a normal 23 year old.

I don't know what to do...I'm 27 years old and have been married for 1 1/2 years but we have been a couple for 13 1/2 years...My husband has been out of a job for 3 years now and will not get a job. We have bills that are so past due with shut off notices on everything. I work full time but can not swing everything myself I don't know if he loves me anymore because we only have sex like once every 3 months. He tells me he loves me more than anything. He is always going out with his single friends to bars/shooting pool etc. Does not come home until 3am or even until 5am. I don't know what to do I am so depressed please help me I don't want to leave him but I don't know what to do!! I've told him I'm going to leave him but he knows I have no where to go. He tells me I'm crazy because I cry all the time. When I get home from a long day of work he leaves the house and goes over his friends house. Please help me!

ok heres my problem i'm getting up there on the cool stuff i'm getting alot more friends that are cool. boys that are an t the top are asking me out and stuff like that. it just started this year. last year i was in 6th grade and i had like no friends that were guys now i have like a lot. but now i'm like leaving out ny old friends and like not talking or spending as much time with them as i used to. none of them are like you know cool or anything. i don't want to like stpo spending time with them because they were there when i had like nothing. so now my new friends don't like that i hang out with them at all and my old friends don't like that i have not. so what do i do? is there a way that i can keep my old friend and my new ones? should i dump my old ones to me in? should i dump my coolness for my old friends? i'm not smart enough to handle this. and i don't have the time so thats why i asked you. so can you help?

This is still America, right? Then why don't we encourage everyone to only speak English here?

I have no problem with a German coming to live in the US as an American-German, or a Mexican coming here to be an American-Mexican, but the ones coming here to make America "little Tokyo" or "Northern Mexico" piss me off!

If any US citizen went to Mexico, and tried to get welfare, or send our kids to school there, we would be arrested!

All we have to do is enforce the labor laws and rules we have on the books now, deny basic medical care at hospital ER rooms (kick them out unless life-threatening), charge tuition for public schools for NON-RESIDENTS, and require Government Issued ID for all government sponsered services (ffod stamps, welfare, etc.).

When are we going to wake up before it's too late?

Come to America - whoever wants to come - I welcome you...

...but only come if you truly want to be an AMERICAN.
