If you and your wife are cross-dressing for Halloween, then you should wear make-up & you should wear whatever make-up she tells you to wear. You might get lucky & she'll let you borrow her make-up, but she should really give you a list of the make-up you'll need to be a sexy girl & send you off to the store to purchase your own make-up.

Of course, it make it more fun. Try using more outrages colors like bright red and and blue, then at least it would be more funny rather than you are trying to look better then your wife.
Use cheap brand like the ones in drug stores. INC. is good or even use your wife's make up. Doesn't matter you are only doing it for halloween unless you are using it on a daily basis. Then you should invest in better quality products.

yeah do wear makeup everyone will defenitly look at you and like it i know i would. If you want a bright makeup then try MAC or alot cheaper one would be khols the eyeshadows are 10$ a peace hope you have a fun halloween.

ABSOLUTELY! You probably don't want to spend a lot of money, so I'd recommend Cover Girl or Maybelline. Perhaps even ask your wife if there is make-up she has that she no longer wants (maybe an eye shadow with a color from last season ...)

Cheap stuff from Rite-Aid, cover girl is usually cheaper and cleans up easy, pull a couple of photos of really bad make up jobs and use those for a guide, it'll be fun.
Wife is NOT allowed to help! :) Much more scary that way.. LOL

Yes! Really do it up right! Have your wife do a light unshaven beard for herself! A costume is much more fun if
you have the details! you should get Cover girl or Maybelline unless your wife will let you borrow hers.

LOL! Sry, this isnt really an answer, but that is soo cool! U should wear, like uuuuh, lipstik and eyeshadow. BUT THATS IT! Cuz if u do anything else, then u will scare the children.

Yupp. I wore a journey with a tie and a fadora. My mom made the gurls dress up like boys and the lads dress up like women, it replace into our punishment for throwing paintballs at her domicile.

just buy some cheap lipstick, blush, mascara, and eyeshadow and eyeliner if u want, since ur only wearing it for halloween.
