When I am typing on my laptop, the mouse disappears. I don't know where it is. When I go to click on something where I am typing, I can't see the mouse, so I don't know what I am clicking on. I checked my settings, and it says "hide mouse while typing" and it is NOT checked.

My laptop is about a month old and it is a Sony VAIO, if that helps any.

I have read science journals where they have documented near death experiences as being the opioid receptors (opioid effect). I am afraid nothing is there beyond the grave. I am too afraid to not believe in God, but wise enough to explore. I am confused and scared.

my child is 13(son) adhd. he has a problem focusing remembering simple things. He is not on medication, he was but it puts him in a zombie like character. doesnt want to do any thing but stay home so i took him off of it. we have taken things from him..tv, radio, games etc. and have presented rewards if he at least tries, but to no aveil. simple things like taking a bath, brushing his teeth reminding him every day to do everyday things. now he watches videos and he remembers everyword to the videos and remembers if we tell him that we are doing things like going on trips..any thing that benefits him he remembers. He loves wrestling knows every wrestler and all the moves. So he has the ability to remember things. He rushes through homework which ends up 90 percent wrong. Me and his Dad is going through a hard time. We considered tutoring but its very costly. We talk and talk to him and explain the consequences of his actions but its not penatrating. PLEASE HELP US!

I was at a football game the othernight and it was freezing cold. I was sitting with a group of friends when my best friends sister and her friends were sitting nearby. However she (my friends sister) went to get some food and when she came back she sat by me instead of her friends. Since she had some handwarmers and i was pretty cold she gave me one and then told me i had the most beautiful eyes.... or something like that and then she sat next to me and slowly leaned into me. She also kept touching my leg when she talked to me and today asked for some of my pop and kept touching me on the leg when she asked.

Im just wondering if you guys/girls think she likes me or not. I also kind of like her but it would be awkward because she is my best friends sister. If she likes me how could i bring this up with out him getting mad?

I was thinking of buying a stock online. The stock currently stands at $50 per share. But it might rise in the after hours. I do not want to pay more than $52 per share in case the stock price rises. So if I specify my call option online at $52, does that mean that I would have to pay $52 per share even if the stock price stands at $51 once the market opens again? Or does it automatically get filled at the lower price and the $52 is just the maximum price?
Also, I want to protect myself in case that stock drops. So that means I have to put a stop loss? Or is it a put option? I want to put it at $49 since it is a very volatile stock.

I love taking pictures but i limit the pictures i take in public b/c i feel very uncomfortable walking around in public with my camera. I'm not doing anything wrong/illegal when i take pictures in public but i still am very uncomforable. i think Its because i'm worried that the people around me will think i'm up to no good or out to cause trouble or just plain think i'm weird. How do i get over this fear and get out to take pictures?

My 11 year old boy Ty (Chase_Phebes on YA) has a heart murmur and he has been checked yearly with an "echocardiograhm" this time though, they're worried about a prolasp of the right vent into the left vent, possibly.

Do you have any experiences?

He just wants to play football again but, he does suffer from "juvinile athritis in his knees but, we have the covered with pain meds you know?

Do they do heart transplants? (sigh) maybe, it'll all be ok, I'm so sorry if I seem to be seeking pity, I'm not, just curious as to what others have been through...

I'm 22 years old and live in Virginia. My former employer states that she filed a police report for items that i stole. I took 100 dollars, some books i was reading and intended to return, and also 2 bread pans i borrowed with intention to return. All of which i have returned to her. I haven't heard from the police at all about this. Was a little over 2 weeks ago. This is my first offense and i apoligized to my former employer. I know that what i did was wrong and feel terrible. I know i can't change what i did, no matter how hard i wish i could. She has also stated that she is missing a pair of jeans (I wear a size 2 she wears at least a 7), a baseball hat (i don't wear hats), and some scrap booking item (which i don't scrap book). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Serious answers only please. Thank you in advance

The last couple of days, a question got posted about the Pentagram, and the best answer chosen included words to the effect of "and the other meanings should be kept hidden until one passes initiation because they are dangerous". This has got me to thinking.

Whether you "believe" in the reality of magic or not, there are certainly dangers there in a real and psychological sense in that you can start to play round with something like a ouija board and frighten yourself silly, perhaps doing yourself long term psychological harm. Most anything we invest our belief strongly into affects our psyche deeply, and is, at every level "dangerous"

Which begs the question of secrecy. Not a great believer in secrecy, not because information is safe, but because in my experience secrecy is usually used as a tool to hook people further into something, and to bestow authority into those who may have no great wisdom, just on the virtue they got in early. Like a pyramid marketing scheme. Thoughts?

the debt payment i have on a credit card with boa is current but adding the interest and fees is making the debt more worse like am not getting ahead of it or anywhere anyway. so i simply want to negotiote on an reasonable amount i know i can now afford and just pay off and clear this debt once and for all. a bank of america employee told me this is worse off than bankruptcy. i don't believe him and i don't think this is true, right?
