When I am typing on my laptop, the mouse disappears. I don't know where it is. When I go to click on something where I am typing, I can't see the mouse, so I don't know what I am clicking on. I checked my settings, and it says "hide mouse while typing" and it is NOT checked.

My laptop is about a month old and it is a Sony VAIO, if that helps any.

Thank you so much!!

Hi. I found this solution on the web:
"At startup tap F8 or press CTRL and keep it pressed until the start menu appears.

Select Safe Mode and proceed.

Go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager and delete all entries under Display Adapter.

Restart in normal mode, letting Windows reinstall the driver and hopefully solve your problem."

Hope it works for you.

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html
