husbands friend hit on me?

my husband is deployed and asked one of his close "friends" to look after me while he was gone (cant drive, no friends) at one point his friend texted me that he would want to have my company as fas as physically and wants me to be close to him, i told my husband about it and when he was here on leave the friend came unannounced by to see me (because i never replied again or answered his call) and my husband shook his hand and chatted with him like nothing ever happened. at another point a friend of him ask me in front of hubby why i picked such a loser for a guy and what i want with him and checked me out in front of hubby. he never said a thing to neither one of the guys, just ignored it, i am really offended and feel any guy can hit on me and he doesnt care.

Why go to church ?

Acts 17:24&25 states god does not dwell in man made temples (churches) , neither is he attended to by human hands.
Does this mean that there is no point to churches and the clergy ?

Is this the apex of Fundamentalist achievement?

I have noticed that a little group of die hard fundies are lively today on here spreading their gospel of venom against anything Catholic, I have to wonder if moderate Protestants find them an embarresment at all or has the past 40yrs of the Ecumenical movement been simply a waste of time, not to mention the hard work of the council of world churches.

The horizontal and verical components of the intial velocity of a projectile are 24m/s and 7m/s, respectively. Find the initial velocity of the projectile.

What is the name of this dance song from the 80's?

Part of the chorus it goes "come along and share the good times while we can" and it's not "I never promised you a rose garden". It's a club/dance song from the 80's and it sounds like New Order but it's not them. Please help.

Are there any scholarships out there for children of truck drivers?

I am a Highschool senior and a daughter of a truck driver. My Mom can not afford to pay my tution on a whole so i must find scholarships if i want to go. i have searched for many scholarships and i thought that maybe this would be an option also i would appreciate the help.
