When we do go out for a meal then i prefer a nice restaurant to a pub, cafe or bistro. I prefer the atmosphere, good choice on the menu and i feel more relax. However when i go out for lunch, i like a bar meal or a bistro. I don't find cafes all that great i must say

I prefer to eat at home as I know what I am eating this way. Pubs tend to use frozen food that is possibly worse than a supermarkets "value" products. As for restaurants, I know what goes on in the kitchens and I wouldn't take the risk eating the food they serve. Cafes tend to be extremely dirty with ancient crockery that harbours colonies of bacteria in the cracks and crevices and fast food places use ground bones and skin in their products. 100% beef means 70% meat, 25% fat and 5% bone. Chicken nuggets are 80% meat, 15% skin and 5%bone. At home, 100% is 100% meat (fresh), 100% chicken is 100% meat (fresh). If I drop food on my kitchen floor, it goes straight in the rubbish and not on the plate as they do in restaurants etc.

I definitely prefer to eat in pubs.. I like the ambiance and the surroundings, although if I am in the mood for curry or Chinese, the restaurants are the places to go.

I like bistro/cafes where the atmosphere is informal but the food freshly cooked and delicious.

I love to go out on family outings or to cafes and eating houses with my family.
I HATE going to noisey pubs or anywhere where there is swearing involved.
I love to go out at nights to spanish cafe/bars and listen to the music of a live artist while eating good food,

I love eating in restaurants, hotels and if it's italy or paris, cafes in a piazza/place (square in french) on a warm and sunny day - with no bugs/insects/birds around though!!!
