Yes. 2008 is going to be a sad year. NASCAR wants so much control over the cars. 2010 will bring all IROC cars and by 2015 they will be driving gold carts.

In the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series YES they are.
In the Nationwide(Busch) Series they will be running Race Cars until 2009 then they will go to "Pony Cars" Mustangs, Challengers etc...
In the Craftsman Truck Series they will be running race trucks...That is that they will not be going to a truck version of the COT.
In the Open Wheel Mods well they can not really go to a COT in that series.
In the Regional Busch Series they are not going to COT's.
