i am trying to lose some weight and start eating better. I have desided not to eat big meals anymore but to eat somthing every 2-3 hrs or so for ex....(each different type of food is eaten with a few hrs apart.
first i have a yougurt first thing when i get up then a bowl of plain oatmeal, then half o med size cucumber, salad, half a can of soup, boiled egg, apple, handfull of almonds and finish the day with a penut butter sanwich on mutigrain bread.
i work two jobs from 7:30am till 9:00 pm i find i am never hungry where i over stuff myself. i also drink tons of water and green tea, takle a vitamin and go to the gym 3 times a week if i can. what do you think?
