It sounds decent. However, the yogurt is likely filled with sugar and other unnecessary stuff. The oatmeal is good. When I have it for breakfast, I add cinnamon and real maple syrup, to give it some kick. What's in the salad? If it's things like full fat, creamy dressing, cheese, croutons, etc. and iceberg lettuce, then it's not that great. (I know people who load their salads with stuff like that, think they're eating "healthy" and wonder why they're not losing weight. Well, they do other things, too.) What kind of peanut butter are you using? Conventional peanut butter is often filled with corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup and maybe extra oils. My husband and I buy natural peanut butter. We buy it with natural sugars added because my husband doesn't like the oil in the sugar free; I don't mind it, but I at least got him to switch from conventional oil. I like my peanut butter with all natural fruit spread, the kind with just fruit and pectin. Most sugar free jellies have fake sweeteners and other stuff in them that also spoils the point of the fruit spread. I also don't buy conventional jellies as they are also loaded with corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup. I also like peanut butter with regular fruit. I'm not an Elvis fan, but I think he was on to something with the peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

Oh, yeah, the bread. Is it just multigrain, or is it whole grain? I don't buy bread if whole wheat or whole grain is not the first ingredient. If the first ingredient is enriched wheat flour, we don't buy it. We also buy our bread sans artificial sweeteners.

Overall, it sounds pretty good, but what I pointed out are things that people seem to overlook. At least, that's been my experience with just talking with people.

As I look again, I realize that the only fruits and veggies you mention are the salad and the apple. Personally, I try and get as close as possible to the daily recommendations of fruits, veggies, grains, calcium, etc.

I hope this helps.

Thats actually a pretty good plan. There is a book out there which explains the 3 hour diet, you should pick it up. You are almost doing the 3 hour diet, which works for a lot of people
