Hypothetical, people. Nothing going on like this for real. Geez, I see these types of questions asked all the time and I've never seen anyone get this much flack!!!

Tricky question, isn't it? It's easy to say "Hell no" since it is obviously morally very wrong to do so.

However, if this person is your best friend, you can't honestly say what you would do.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
and if you know someone who is thinking about doing it, remind them that being an accessory to a crime is punishable too!
Example:
The key witness in the Christine Rudy murder case pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing an officer as part of a plea deal.
Eighteen-year-old Heather Teschler was in Circuit Court yesterday. She agreed to cooperate and provide information in the case against 23-year-old Shaun Rudy.
Shaun Rudy faces two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of his wife, Christine, and their unborn child. He’s also charged with mutilating her corpse.
Court records describe Teschler as being romantically involved with Shaun Rudy.

Along with obstructing an officer, she was also charged with a felony of aiding a felon. But, that charge will be dismissed if she fulfills her sentence on the lesser charge and cooperates with authorities.
After entering the plea yesterday, Teschler was sentenced to 271 days in jail and 18 months

really tough question.

I'd really ask him to sought for legal advice though.
depends on which best friend.
sometimes, people make stupid decision when they are given so less time to think and have to act fast.

I cant tell you what I will do.. because I'm relaxed.

Depends on who they killed. If it was a serial killer, rapist or child abuser, yes....I would help. Otherwise, I'd probably not.

Umm I'll stop my best friend (because I'm his/her best friend, right?) before he/she murders someone.
Does that make any sense?
