Social Stability-
strong economy-supports growth for all its people
strong churches which constitute a strong moral fiber
strong infrastructure- bridges and roads, sewers, dams, levees, etc in good repair
Good Schools with a emphasis on learning
Low Rates of violence
Courts which do not favor any of the classes
The ability and desire to take care of the old, the sick, children and widows
(now how much of this sounds like we are in a stable form of democracy)
