she broke it at 11:00am & school nurse put ice on it for 10 min. & grab my girls arm said it was ok. wife picked her up at 3:15 notice big dip in arm, daughter was crying holding it against her wife took her to doctors was broken it 2 places. Do i have the right to sue for scholl not contaction us??

O.K., so a friend of mine told me to call her sometime, but forgot to give me her number. I wanted to look her number up on White Pages, but I don't know her dad's name. I have 2 or 3 possibilities of who he could be, but I can't be sure. Is there a free website where I could look these possibilities up and see what their children's names are? I just want to look up who I think her dad is and see the names of his children to see if this is the same guy I think he is. Is there anyway to do this?

For the past 1.5 months I've been spending every spare moment with this girl and I've fallen deeply in love with her. I have never had such strong feelings before, I don't know what to do. This situation is complicated by a boyfriend who lives on the other side of the country. I'm usually very respectful of relationships but when I first met her I thought she was single so it was regular dating. Her and I are so close and share very strong connections and chemistry, it's like fireworks when I'm with her and I sense that she feels the same way when I look into her eyes. I mentioned we spend every moment together and even sleep together every night but no sex. I give her massages and keep her warm at night; we are basically just "cuddle buddies." She does not want to cheat on her bf, respectfully, but she makes a lot of sexual comments (dirty minded girl). I'm going crazy, I want her for myself. can anyone give me some suggestions. I am supporetive of the war, but I wonder if when all is said and done, and countless deaths later.. Will history look back many years from today and question our being in Iraq? And when will we be able to withdraw the troops for there?

we've been friends since middle school, he live like 5 houses down the street. his parents aren't usely home, so i go with him on the weekends, and stay until 12:00 AM with him, just talking listening o music, etc.

i like him, we have alot in common, whatever i think, he thinks, we say the same things, and like the same things, i keep leaning my head on his shoulder, just for fun, but he dosen't seem to mind.

im bisexual, he "straight", i've had a girlfriend before, he hasn't, im not a virgin, he is, it looks like every year, he likes a diffrent girl, and keeps stalking them, but i still like him for it.

Now before anyone passes judgments, please read this! I'm not considering declawing purely because I don't want destroyed furniture.

I have 2 cats. One is 2 years old and the other is 1 year old. They're both spayed. My 2 year old cat can be very mean and vicious. She routinely cuts me and my boyfriend when we handle her (mostly to move her from places she's not supposed to be), and also slashes and cuts the other cat's nose and face. She can be very sweet when she wants to be. She was NEVER abused, I got her when she was 12 weeks old from a good friend and neighbor, so I know she treated her right also. She's so aggressive to the point that the vet needs to anesthetize her to examine her. Basically she's a liability, waiting to hurt some person or child. We worry about that often. Not to mention that she also tears up furniture.

I hear declawing is so bad, but we've tried EVERYTHING. I've seen 2 vets about this, they both recommend declawing. I hear it's cruel though. Thoughts?

when i try to download the new itunes it wont let me i tried downloading it off itunes and other sites it wont let me. i have the old itunes version that come with the ipod shuffle but i got an ipod video off the internet and it didnt come with the CD software disc. but anyways when i got to download it this pops up "internet explorer cannot downloaditunessetup.exefromitunes.com

I know this is a popular topic but I was wondering if some people can give me insight on my personal needs:

RIght now I am leaning toward the E6850 processor. I do not do ANY video editing and I only do one task at a time. I enjoy playing games and when I play them I want to enjoy myself (Company of Heroes, Flight Sim X, Battlefield 2, etc).

I know that Quad core is the future but I would rather use the higher FSB speeds and the faster processing speed right now since no application really uses quad core technology yet and in a few years buy a quad core chip (my motherboard is going to support both core 2 duo and quad). I am not planning on overclocking at all. In performance testing, the E6850 was very close to the quads and even outperformed them on certain tasks....but on almost every forum I read, people are recommending the quads over the Core 2 Duos without even taking how the chip will be used into consideration. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!

you were in preschool, and always knew that boys had cooties. boys were yucky because they werent the same gender as you. when you were 5, if you liked a boy the same way as a girl, youd have a crush on them, and call them your boyfriend. why is this? we were taught this way. adam and eve, were boy and girl and loved eachother. not two boys loving eachother. the bible taught us to love the opposite gender. some of us have learned that, but just because a boy is the only gender you can reproduce doesn't mean you cant love women. dont get me wrong, im the straightest person youll know. or am i? i believe all human beings were born bi but chose to be straight except for a small percentage of people who ignored the society. society and stereotyping is why all people are straight. so go ahead, find your one and only, and ignore otherss around you. because you are just a simple person and you dont need to listen to them.
