itunes 7 won't download?

Question

when i try to download the new itunes it wont let me i tried downloading it off itunes and other sites it wont let me. i have the old itunes version that come with the ipod shuffle but i got an ipod video off the internet and it didnt come with the CD software disc. but anyways when i got to download it this pops up "internet explorer cannot downloaditunessetup.exefromitunes.com
the connection server was reset"

wtf does that mean????

This is a problem at Apple/iTunes, not with your computer.

Give it 10 minutes and try again.

I'll assume you're using a PC, since you're using Explorer. Go to Apple.com, click on the iPod and iTunes tab, and follow the prompts for downloading. It probably doesn't matter, but you may want to not have iTunes running when you download. After it's done, you'll have to restart the computer.
