not a research type of thing, more just a personal kind of survey that one can send between friends via e-mail to learn there likes/dislikes. like their favorite flower,food,movies and things that are just a bit more personal. a friend sent one yrs ago and i can't find another. anyone have a clue as to what i'm talking about? thanks in advance.

My baby, Mog died this morning. The vet has arranged for her to be cremated and us to have her ashes back in an urn. But I can't imagine that there will be a lot - she was half the weight of an normal adult cat anyway. So I'm curious to know what sort of urn it will be. Will it be sealed? Any helpful answers appreciated XXX

My 9 year old neighbor was diagnosed with ADHD after extensive testing when he was 5. He starts fires in the house at 2 AM when everyone's asleep. He's all scarred up from setting himself on fire. He's mouthy, mean, violent and repeatedly calls the cops on his parents when they try to discipline him. He's been on all the ADHD medications and behavioral therapy even now. Nothing helps. The police suggested reform school since the regular school can't cope with him. His parents are seriously considering this.

I understand that he's mentally ill, but there has to be a solution to his parent's living hell. Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated.

04 nissan xterra v6 rwd, the truck is pulling to the left a little bit, i think im also due for a tire rotation (every 6 months). Do i need to get the tires rotated before the 4 wheel alignment or should i just skip the rotation and get the truck aligned, maybe rotate the tires on a later date?. im on a fixed income so im trying to save some cash. Do i need a front wheel vs 4 wheel alignment? I also read that not doing tire rotations can actually save money, something to do with replacing 2 tires at a time rather than 4? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

what would you do? I mean serious question, here. You are 8 years old, your parents tell you repeatedly, don't talk to strangers and don't let them in the house! They forgot however to mention what to do if a giant pitcher of koolaid burts through your wall and screams "OH YEAH!".

Even at that age, I think I would have yelled at him to fix the wall before my mom found out. lol, just wondering what your ideas were.

today in my nutrition class, my teacher said that during exercising...people should aim for their target heart rate in order to burn fat. If we go over our heart rate, then we begin to burn muscle.

IS THIS TRUE?!?


so that means i have to start running slower/jogging in order to burn fat? i need/want to burn fat but i like running fast much better. so running faster won't help me burn fat??

i thought exercising overall makes you lose weight(fat). so now in order to lose fat, i need to be specific about how i exercise??

can u guys tell me more about this. THANK YOU

this makes me sad because i've been trying to lose weight by running everyday and now i find out that i've been burning muscle instead of fat. WTH please explain.

A family member has been arrested and charged. (they aledge she stole from her employer( She maintains she didn't do it, but I wonder if they would have filed charges without excellent evidence? any ideas on A: what kind of evidence they likely have and B: if she'll face jail time she has small childlren.
