It was an irrelevant question at that particular press conference. Intel told us there were WMD's. More than just ours. Now we must admit that it was flawed Intel but Bush is not to blame. Of course libs love to jump on that blame bandwagon...

In the first case, he's a flip-flopper. In the second, he's been caught in a lie, so he's pretending he never insisted there were WMDs and is changing his answer.
