what do i do to lose the fat and get a six pack?
this is my daily diet:
Breakfast:
3-4 pankakes/ waffles
milk
Lunch:
6 slices of pizza 3 bread sticks
(fast food one a week)
large fry,large chocalte shake 2 double quarter pounders
Diner: Varies
Snacks: 2 slices of cake/muffins

ok so I'm 22 years old ..and just started attending north shore community college ..with a GED. After I receive my associates degree there i want to transfer to northeastern university and take pre-medical studies to go to medical school. I was wondering do you think i should go for my dream or do you think its too late because of my age? Do you think they will accept me with a GED? And to get into a university what is the lowest GPA score 3.0 right???? PLEASE HELP ME!!! THANKS SO MUCH!

Everyday I look at the clock at 11:11. Am or PM, I never miss it. I rarely ever notice myself checking the time until I spot 11:11 and it feels eerie. For the past year I would see 11:11 every now and then, but it's become an everyday occurrence within the past couple months. What does this mean? Is there any significance in this number? I also know of 3 very different people that experience this 11:11 thing too.

My husband and I are expecting our second child this January, another boy. Our first son's name is Tyler James. I'm torn between Riley Michael and Rylan Michael. My husband likes Ryan but it's too plain for me so I choose names that were close to it. Which one do you like better? Any other name ideas that are somewhat different but not totally out there that go well with a middle name "Michael"? I am a Christian and have believed in God my whole life and I still do. However, in Biology we are starting to talk about evolution and it is confusing me. I do believe that we have evolved to adapt to our world, but I don't think that we came from monkies. Can somebody please help explain things to me. I am really confused about what to believe.
