Use low fat/skim/2% milk....
Cut down to 2 waffles/pancakes
Cut down to 3 slices of 1 breadstick
Cut down to med. fry, med. choc. shake(if you must) you should probably just have water or powerade), and 1 quarter pounder
Dinner-eat small portions
Snacks: pretzels, healthy muffins, granola bars, fruits....
I know that at first you are going to feel hungry, but suck on hard candy and chew gum, it will make you feel less hungry.
The more time you eat less, your stomach with shrink and you will feel better and less hungry after you eat, and you will be fuller faster...
Start drinking some more water! Water is great for you!!! It helps you lose weight too!
Start Exercising. Start Small. Go walk around your block, do small/repetitive exercises: 15 sit ups/ 2 times a day-(one set in the morning and one set at night night) 10 pushes ups/2 times a day. Start small and you can build up. Don't over do it though!!!
I get the vibe you don't like to exercise but just start doing it. If you start exercising and eating better you will start feeling better and have more energy!!!

Honey, you eat junk food all day long!
I am assuming you are full grown, and healthy other than weight. At 5'1"; you should be between 100 and 127 pounds.
Start with diet:
1] eat two servings a day of lean protein - chicken, fish, lean red meat, nuts, eggs
2] eat three servings a day of whole grain bread, cereal, rice, and pasta
3] two servings a day of low fat dairy
4] three servings a day of veggies - including salads
5] two servings a day of fruit
In the above, you had:
4 proteins, none lean
19 grains, none whole grain
13 dairy, none low fat
I'll give you two servings veggies, if the pizza and burgers had some
0 fruit
And this is without dinner!
6] avoid ALL fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
7] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
EXERCISE:
8] 45 minutes of aerobic exercise six days a week - walk, cycle, dance, run, swim - whatever you like
9] do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, crunches every day - progress to weight training
TIP:
reward your self every 10 pounds or so - new haircut, new shoes, gym membership, etc - whatever motivates you!

NO fast food and if necessary, only 1 quarter pounder or cheeseburger, medium or small fry and juice or iced tea. no shake.
diner should be something healthy with vegetables. No fat or greasy foods. Muffins are ok, cake you should eat sparingly. Instead of junk as a snack, eat and apple or another fruit or veggie. It's better for you and will fill you up just as well as junk.

1st. Change your eating habits. What your eating right now WILL make you gain more and more weight if you keep eating it. Just take out the cake and muffins and add fruit. Don't eat lots of Pizza..Pizza is veryyyy bad for you. If you must have that kind of stuff...you should buy some lean cruisines...they have great flavors and if you add some fruit their very filling. I've lost 40 lbs..I need to lose more...but it works! AND drink alot of water!!! The lbs should wash off...ESPECIALLY if you exercise atleast a little bit everyday! Good luck!
