It worries me that every year the World Series ratings go down. Money ball isn't working to make baseball popular, the millionaires who play it are colorless and aloof, there are no characters to speak of in the game, and without cable at all you can see football 3-4 days a week. The game I love is dying. It's withering and dying. What can be done (what can WE do) to change things? What can baseball do to change things? CAN the situation be improved? How?

I ask because like many of you baseball for me is better than ANY other sport. It is killing me to see the way that it is rapidly on its way to becoming America's 4th or 5th favorite sport. If nothing else -- can you make me feel a little better about the future???

My mother just got evicted for non payment of rent. She wants to move in with me and look for a bigger apartment so i can move with her and help witht he bills. I have had my own apartment since i was 17 because we would always get thrown out she nevers pays rent. I have a 5 month year old and a 2 bedroom i just moved ito so she can have her own room. My mom has 3 other kids. I love her and i wouldn't mind taking in my siblings but if we were to get a bigger place together she wouldn't pay her portion of the rent/utilites and i don't want to go through that s*** all over again when i have my own apartment and my child to worry about. Please please help!!!!

Where do stretch marks start? Can they start around your belly button. Im only 11 weeks so of course i don't have them yet...im not even really showing yet. BUT i have noticed shiny lines around my belly button. They're not pink or anything and they blend in with my skin..its wierd. At first i thought it was just dry skin and i put lotion on it...but that's not it. What ya'll think?

Hello all..

I am 25 years old and pregnant for the second time. I miscarried last year and doc told me that the sac was empty. “No baby”

Now I am about 4 weeks gestation and my first prenatal visit is schedule for tomorrow. About an hour ago, I had a brown color discharge with some tissue like thing and I am freaking out. I feel that the soreness in my breasts have also gone down considerably. But only yesterday I was having nausea.

Another reason for being so scared is that, last year when the doc did the vaginal u/s and said that it was empty, I started having a brown discharge couple of days later. It went on until they did a D&E and cleaned it up. I think I would have been about 8 weeks when they did the D&E.

Can someone please tell me whether this is normal? I cried so much and I don’t think I have the strength go through another misery.

I've been on Yahoo answers since April and just noticed there are two American flags at the bottom of the page. One for English and one for Spanish. Beyond what I've already done, (sent numerous letters, emails, and faxes to my elected officials.) I can't think of a better way to show my displeasure, than to get a satisfactory answer from Yahoo as to their choice to do this. My wife regularly complains about her boss who flirts with the ladies, saying suggestive things and some other inappropriate behavior. Because of that I didn't like her boss and really couldn't stand him for putting my wife in such a state. Last week at a party, my wife and I had to hang out with her boss and I realize he is a pretty attractive man. Also I noticed that my wife acted very strange around him. It seems to me that my wife is in fact very much into him and has not been telling me the truth. I didn't even know such a thing existed until I got married, but now it's something I think about often. Is this something you've ever dealt with? The idea that sometimes at work or in social situations you form a bond that is too strong with someone of the opposite sex? The challenge, I think, is when your spouse does not share the same interests. For instance, I'm a writer and my wife is not a huge fan of talking about the nuances of book publishing. So when another female wants to discuss this in detail, I have to be very careful about what parts of my heart I open up to her.
