Have you ever been involved in the process of incorporating a PTA or PTO?
I would like to know if you went through the process of incorporation of a PTA or some other not for profit? What do you wish you had known at the onset? How did you find the attorney? Were there a lot of unexpected costs? Did you need to do a lot of teh legwork? How has it benefited your PTA/PTO?

if you have any knowledge on this matter I would appreciate it very much.

Known as Morpheus? Morpheus is a dangerous criminal that incites individuals to think for themselves. He is also known by the alieses, Satan, The Devil, and Richard Dawkins. If approached by Morpheus and offered a red pill, please run away as fast as you can and report this incident to your local Agent. We can't afford to have anyone waking up and thinking for themselves.

...yesterday, and it was a beauty. It was about a foot-and-a-half long, shiny black, and had a single, bright red stripe running down the middle of its back. At first glance I thought it might have been a garter, but it seemed to be darker and had the red stripe instead of the two yellow ones. What kind of snake was this?

the next text from the bible:'' Mathew 24:29 '' Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened and the moon shall not give her light and the stars shall fall from heaven , and the powers of heaven shall be shaken''.

I am not an english speaker..but it doen't seem ok to me..in this form..the text to me says that even the powers of Heaven will be shaken ..and we know that the first power of Heaven is God..and He will shake the world ..we cannot say'' God will be shaken''..we also cannot say ..that the angels of heaven are also shaken by God ..as long as they are in grace ..the punishmentt is for us not for them..

Thank you...

I don't understand what it means'' the powers of Heaven shall be shaken''..

It seems to me that the correct sentence is..'' the powers of heaven shall shake the sky '', or ''the powers of heaven shall shake the world'' or just '' the powers of heaven will rock '' or the powers of heaven will shake up ''..

Any ideas please?

In my opinion, Yes.
I believe the war is a disaster. No WMDs, No ties to 9/11, destabilization of the area, 50K+ dead Iraqis, almost 4K dead Americans, billions and billions in toilet, being despised around the world, and simply, more reasons for terrorist to hate us.
However, we have not lost anything. Our troops have done everything we have asked. They have fought hard and long, we owe them a huge Thank You.
Now, any mention of a loose should be attacked as disgusting and unpatriotic.
Lets get the boys home!!!
Thanks for reading.
Please, share you opinions.

I was in World Market the other day with my toddler..he was in a stroller. This little girl of about 18 months kept wanting to come and touch him..the mother politely told her to leave him alone, which is fine..she was being nice "Don't bother the little boy..he's looking at art right now.." Well, the little girl's dad came up and told her "Don't touch that kid..he's dirty!"
I was very offended! My kid is always neatly dressed and clean when we go out.I asked the dad what his problem was, but I was still ticked off about it.
Anyone overly rude to you lately? How did you respond?

I saw him in Comedy Central (I think), a few years back. He is a comedian, but sings these jacked up childrens songs to adults, but uses a tone and tune like he is singing to kids. It's really messed up, but really funny. I can't remember his name

I am looking to buy a TV this weekend. I am not sure what type to buy since there is so much new technology available.

What is a good TV to buy for about $400 to $500?

Also, what are good stores to buy them from?

Can anyone share their experiences or direct me to a resource where I can learn more about this? It seems like such an intersting, wonderful thing to do.

I just heard that it is common in Japanese culture to give a person an item you own if they compliment it. I'm not talking about "Oh, nice Mercedes. Can I have it?" kind of greediness.

I'm curious because I often give away household items, small things, etc. to people who compliment them, because it makes me happy to make them happy. Sometimes I feel akward about doing it though, like maybe it was just an idle compliment and now they are stuck with this -thing-.

Thank you!

Everybody whines about the immigration issue.Everybody gripes about our government not doing anything.Everybody has an opinion on what should be done. But yet nobody is ready to give an inch on the issues.I don't know if anything will ever get resolved with that type of thinking.Anti's think they are a majority and so do Pro's.Guess what?Neither are the majority. This is a very split issue. To resolve it BOTH sides are going to have to make concessions they may not want.Isn't time to put the 3 year old bull headedness aside and start thinking along the lines of adults?Or do you just want to have something to gripe about while our country falls apart?

I have a terrior mix dog and my girlfriend has 2 cats, tabby I believe. I have once seen my dog at a groomer's roaming the room freely with a loose cat and they both seemed okay, but I just have that concern. My dog can be loud and aggressive, especially when he sees another animal outside. He also is a "chaser". I would like to know the easiest way to introduce or try to see if my dog would get along with her 2 cats as we do plan on moving in together and we don't want to have to make a sacrifice. I also don't want to rely on the one time I saw him and a cat roaming around a room. Any ideas or suggestions?

Oh, and one of her cats is an older female who kind of just lays around and is pretty calm. The other is still quite young, a male, and is always the "center of attention", so to speak.

My physician is in his mid-forties and I am in my early thirties. After surgery a few weeks ago I caught him starring at me while I was sleeping in the hospital room. The lights were off and I thought he was just "checking on me" and did not want to disturb me so I went back to sleep. Approximately two minutes later the light comes on, he calls my name and wants to speak with me. He acted as if he had just walked in. Since then, I have noticed at my follow-up appointments that he is not accompanied with a nurse and it is just the two of us in the room. He never touches me inappropriately when examining me but he does move my hair away from my face (I have very long hair). Last time I saw him our eyes met but nothing else happened. He appeared to be frustrated afterward and sent me on my way (nicely of course). The next time I saw him we had a nurse in the room. What do you think? What was the staring for?

He has announced his retirement, from the Senate, and said that he leaves with as much enthusiasm as he started with. He also said that he hopes to have the opportunity to serve the country in some other capacity.
His approval ratings in Nebraska are near 60%. So there is a good chance that he would have been reelected to the Senate.
Apparently his health is not an issue. So what do you think? Do you think he'll run for President as an independent?
