ok so i told one of my friends i liked her, but she didnt believe me cause im not the most serious person in the world. and its been almost 3 months since and she told me she didnt wanna be friends anymore cause 'i told her something and then 3 months later said just joking' but the only thing is i really liked her and i only agreed to it being a joke because her gf threatened to beat me up if i wasnt joking. but now she wont even talk to me and i cant stop thinking about her and i feel bad cause she was one of my only friends who i actually respected and now she wont even look at me. i need some ideassss on what to do?

and bash all of the christians and believers, but yet, you don't see the religous people come on here and bash the non-believers and atheist? Why is that?

I am not trying to be mean or start a fight, I just find it very curious and disturbing, that's all.

I'm asking 2 questions from a 2 different standpoints.

First, intentionally misleading people for the good of the religion.
For christians - Does the ends justify the means, or does it constitute bearing false witness? Will there be repercussions in the afterlife or rewards?
For non-christians - Should there be accountability in this life for it?

Next, unintentionally misleading people for the good of the religion.
For christians - Does lack of knowledge excuse it? Does it not matter since it's for the good of the religion? Again, rewards or repercussions in the afterlife?
For nonchristians - Should there be accountability in this life for it?

Please state if your christian or not too, if you don't mind.

The affair is over, But he keeps her listed on facebook, He says he wants to work on it but isn't try at all, we are seeing a marriage consellor, says he wont beg for me, I have been doing all the work to put this back together, He hasn't said I LOVE YOU, He has become more cuddly but thats it, He just wants life the way it was and I don't want that any more, We own a house and I don't work if I do its retail, I'm 26.

I work security in Las Vegas. Now for the last two days since I been on duty, there has been this homeless person walking past my site early in the morning. He often shouts (and acts very hostile and angry, but has not hurt any one, yet) "I love Jesus!" and "I hate ***gers and generally arguing with himself out loud.
This morning he went off verbally on me and walked off.
This guy to me is unpredictable. Should I count him harmless? Or should I arm myself with something in case he does goes off on some one? What should I do?

Okay I'm listening to her yesterday and this womoan calls up and sys she's been dating this guy for 2 years I think. The women sys she's had sex with him and it was no good. Dr Laura proceeds to tell her that this is a "red flag" and to not marry the man, but to keep him as a good friend. I'm now lost. This is the same Dr. Laura that reams people for "shacking up" before marriage. Now she's telling this women basically if the premarital sex is not good. To not get married. So what if you wait and the sex is not good?

well my friend is in the advanced guitar class at high school i play guitar i sorta know how to read notes but dont know chord names im largely self taught my friend reccomended me to the teacher because he saw my skills at a party and supposedly im one of the best guitar players but the teacher called me without knowing and told me to play since i have confidence issues i had a "moment" in front of the class and i decided not to play so now i have to play something in front of the teacher and every single student in that class makes fun of me what should ido? **** im nervous i actually had like a meltdown im so used of my friends playing with me and playing partys i play electric rock guitar not classical guitar what song should i play "i learn very fast ican play songs by just hearing them reccomened one please song

I am currently a freshman Biology major at a university, and I am considering becoming a doctor. However, I find public health very intriguing because I want to be involved at the international level, especially with US-Chinese relations. Although this is quite superficial, I would like to ask how much financial success with one of these jobs offer? So far, the highest I have seen is about $100,000 a year. Are there any famous people in the Public health arena? Also, I am interested in business. Does public health carry a business component? Do public health majors ever start their own companies?

I have a lovely little necklace charm that my niece gave me - it is made in a Silver filigree pattern. Some of the plating has rubbed off leaving it looking a bit metallic! Is there any way to re-plate it as it has a lot of sentimental value to me?
