Here's a link called 'So you want to write a book in Microsoft Word'
http://daiya.mvps.org/bookwordframes.htm
And here's a book called "Perfect Pages" available from Amazon for $16 second hand.
The online help in MS Word is so good these days you may find you don't need one.
If you do decide to get a book, though, I'd advise against the "Dummies" or "For Idiots" series ... you'll find them useful for week then have to trek off for something more indepth.
The "In 28 Days" books are very good though. They take the user through from the very basics of a program to quite advanced use.
If it were me I'd search amazon and google to track down exactly what I wanted, then I'd look on Allibris.com and Abebooks.com for a second hand edition at a fraction of the cost.
Good luck

I don't quite understand your question, but if you want to write a book all you need to do is open the Word document then start writing. It should be double-spaced in a legible, 12-pt font. If what you are asking is a format question, as a writer you are the only responsible for the manuscript--the publishing house turns it into the book. I recommend taking a look at "Writer's Market" if you have any manuscript/format questions.

Most writers use Microsoft Word when creating their manuscripts. Some might use WordPerfect, but most literary agencies prefer Microsoft Word attachments when sent via e-mail submissions.
I don't quite understand what you're getting to regarding books on Microsoft Word.
