I have had an accepted contract on my house for about thirty days. The closing date is in one week. In the contract the purchase was contingent on a home inspection, this inspection was to be performed no later than 10 days prior to closing. They just had it done today 7 days before closing. Do they have any recourse to back out now because they waited to long? All of this is in writing in my contract. If there are any major repairs there is no way I can get them done and most importantly paid for in 7 days. I do not have any "room" left to go down in price on my house either. One last thing.. in the contract we negotiated a 600 repair cap, state of TN if it helps. Please elaborate on answers, I have to be able to close on the date that we set. Thank you.

When you get home from work, do you like to just chill and do nothing all evening, or do you prefer to enjoy life by doing things such as bike riding, exercise, jogging, etc. (anything active)??

I was asked at work to make mailing labels so we can send out postcards for an art show we are doing, I have one week and I don't know what program to use. I used word at my other job last time I made mail labels but the computer I’m going to be using for this list doesn’t have word on it. Calculate the mass of magnesium metal and the mass of the product. Use the law of conservation of mass to calculate the mass of oxygen that combined with magnesium.

I think I got the mass of the magnesium metal and the product, but I'm not sure. I got 0.15g of magnesium metal and 0.40g of magnesium oxide. Am I right? And how would I calculate the mass of the oxygen that reacted?

I think that people who abuse or kill animals are terrible and should definitely be punished to the fullest extent, but it feels like whenever we hear about innocent kids being killed or harmed, no one has much to say but "oh gosh that's horrible, hope that person gets what they deserve"....but you won't see herds of people or special interest groups (like PETA) make a huge deal to make sure justice is served?

Girls, how do you take your shirt off?? Do you reach behind you and take it off from behind which takes your head out of the shirt and then take your arms out? Do you take both hands, and put them at the opposite sides and take it off which gets your head out before your arms? Do you pull your arms out and then pull it over your head? I was seeing this guy for a couple of months, then he magically disappeared. Then a couple of weeks later, he literally asked me if I just wanted to enjoy each other's company and have some fun (basically wanted sex). I have feelings for him, and don't think he does for me, or just simply doesn't show it. We were talking online and he just said he was emotionally overwhelmed and didn't want to talk about anything deep, saying he couldn't deal with that stuff right now. I just told him that I don't think it would work with us and that was that. What would he have meant with what he said- emotionally overwhelmed? couldn't deal with anything deep? To me, it just simply seemed like he wasn't ready for a relationship or just didn't want one, or not with me. Sound right?

ok so theres this older guy at work about 30 and im turning 20 in 2 weeks hes really nice no kids the people that have worked with him longer than me say im the first one hes got along with and talked to a lot when i first met him he wouldnt talk and now he wont shut up lol but its a good thing but hes told me he has a record but thats when he was younger hes still very shy and iam too but im quiting my job in 2 weeks but i still want to talk to him hes a very sweet guy but how do i know he likes me should i make a move if i should then how???? I am a selfemployed guy. Today I went to a networking luncheon that meets once a month.

The group consists of Accounting and Finance Professilonals. One thing I noticed about the group was about 8 out of a group of 12 people were there in sarch of employement. The group is for folks like myself,but the synergy was not there.

I don't want to sound selfish or anything but as someone that is selfemployed, it is important to invest my time in groups where everyone has mutual intrests. Which usually consists of other folks looking for clients as well.

Although I was able to offer good info(as I was told by others in the group) I just cannot invest time in a group like this. Is this being selfish?

My 11 week old kitten took the very edges off the perogies and at them, I don't think they had any filling in them. He seems fine but I don't know if he is. Also, I was told, if he wasn't eating his wet cat food to put like a drop or two of milk in, was I told correctly?
