Making out going mailing labels, whats the best way to do it?

I was asked at work to make mailing labels so we can send out postcards for an art show we are doing, I have one week and I don't know what program to use. I used word at my other job last time I made mail labels but the computer I’m going to be using for this list doesn’t have word on it. Is there a site I can dl it or another program I can dl (for free?) to make the list?… thanks for all your help if ya help!
