without ever going there, is it possible to handle all transactions online and through faxing?
See, I am going to start an online business with a base in the apartment and I have to know what to expect when actually renting the property.
I have to know if, since my business is wholly based online and my initial office will be in the apartment, do I have to register it?

we american are supposed to be a rich country yet many don't have what they need or want...and i'm talking about the poor and the homeless not people like me and maybe even you who have what we need and maybe more than we really want. i give to charity alot and people think i'm nuts for giving so much and i know many others do too yet there is no improvement in the quality of life for the sick the poor and the homeless..again if we qare a rich country how can we not get what we want or need to help our own?

Interested to know your thoughts on what is reasonable in the way of manners.

How many of you would gladly offer your seat on the bus or train for an elderly person or pregnant woman?

How many of you hold open a door for someone or even say thankyou if someone does this for you?

I think these common courtesies are not being taught to too many of our children these days.

He was given to my son and then my son moved and could not take the fish. I hate fish and I do not even want to fish him out of the tank. The tank is a 10 gal which is too small for him anyway, but the fish store owner said that is fine that he will only grow to accomodate his surroundings.

Anyway, I do not want him. Will a store take him back? I would say that he is almost 4 yrs old. Or should I just put an ad in for someone to come and get it for free? (I hate to be ignorant, but fish tanks give me the willies, I don't even look forward to emptying it. I did not get this tank for my son, someone else did)

Hi!

I need to write a java program that asks the user to enter 2 numbers, x and y, and prints the remainder of x divided by y.

I know how to do this, its not the problem, my question is, how do you do it without using a java modulo operator?

I know how to write the script, im just not sure how to find a remainder of something without using mod - Only using division, multiplication and subtraction -

When he told the market vendor, he replied, " I have just the rooster for you. Randy here is the hornest rooster you will ever see!" So the farmer took Randy back to the farm. Randy was as fast as he was furious, taking each hen like a thunderbolt. Randy didn't stop there; he had his way with all of the horses, then he did the same in the pig pen. The farmer cried, "Stop Randy, you'll kill yourself!", but Randy continued, seeking out each farm animal in the same manner. the next morning, the farmer found Randy lying with his legs in the air, his eyes rolled back, and his long tongue hanging out. A buzzard was already circling. the farmer said, "Oh you poor thing look what you did, you've gone and killed yourself. I warned you little buddy." Randy whispered, "Shhhh, the buzzard's getting closer......."
