At what age do you believe adoptees should have access to their own birth records?

Many adoptees in 44 USA states (myself included) have explained at length how it is a violation of their rights that adult adoptees are still being denied all of their original birth certificates and records containing their original identities.

How do adoptive parents and for-profit adoption agencies continue to justify this practice today?

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: so, general Reinwald,what thing are u going to teach these young boys when they visit ur base.

GENERAL REINWALD: we're going teach them climbing,canoeing, archery and shooting.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: shooting! thats a bit irresponsible isn't it?

GENERAL REINWALD: I dont see why, they'll be properly supervised on the rifle range

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Don't u admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?

GENERAL REINWALD: I dont see how. we will be teaching the proper rifle disipline before they touch a firearm.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: But ur equipping them to become violent killers!!!

My wife sometimes accuses me of being too happy & care-free. Obviously we have responsibilities and worries in this life......but I have chosen not to have stress even in life's most difficult situations......because I know that I know that the Lord will provide for us somehow.

My question is this:
Is it ok to have that "hakuna matata" attitude as a Christian?

For those of you who don't know what that means....it's from the Disney movie "The Lion King"......and I think it means, "No cares....no worries"

We have the assurance of heaven in our future as believers. So anything this life can throw at us is nothing compared to the glory that's coming. So should we worry? Or should we be like Pumba and Timon sometimes? Just a thought.........

My son is 7 months old...i moved from georgia to florida when he was 3 months, I had to leave due to domestic violence...I never called the cops, just left and went to a shelter...now we have to go to court 9/27...the father is wanting temporary and full custody of him....Im a great mother, have my own place now, have a great job, and in no way I am not an unfit mother...i am everything but that...but im worried he will get custody....
