Well, I'm quite not sure what you are after or what you mean by "antibiotic enzymes".

What I know is that antibiotics can induce production of "bacterial enzymes" which are the metabolic catalysts produced by bacteria.

These bacterial enzymes could inactivate some antibiotics.Few examples are as follows:
>>Penicillinase or Beta-lactamase - inactivates penicillin.
>> Carbenicillinase - inactivates carbenicillin.
>> Cloxacilinase - inactivates cloxacillin.
>>Name of antibiotic group+ase will give you the other names of bacterial enzymes.

The presence of such enzymes inactivates the antibiotics bearing the same name(-ase) but may have no effect on other generations of antibiotics.
