Jesus is only present in the Gospels... Why should we listen to what other people, who were not Jesus or followed him in his life, say?

I am not sure how much the item cost but i bet it was over $100. He isnt a bad guy he is just 18 and still going through the wild stage. I know it is not cool, but I dont think he deserves a criminal record for this. What should he do? he has a court date coming up. any story he can tell the judge or write the manager an apology letter may help. or do free work for them or something??? I dont know. Please help.

My cat's left cheek has a gash on it, but he's acting perfectly fine so no one is worrying. He smelt really bad, so I just kinda thought that it might be his cut, and it was. It smells so horrible.

Can someone please tell me why our young people, and I mean alot of them are "real" young people, use such awful, foul, and offensive language these days? I am offended and ashamed of the way alot of the younger generation use slang terminology these days. What happened to respect? It's just shocking to hear kids these days talk about anything because the only way they seem to can communicate is in slang language. What a shame! What happen to self respect, and respect for others?

Steve did fumble the ball alot early on in the game, so did a couple other Ravens. But I actually think it coul've been a different game if Todd Heap could've held onto the last pass in the endzone. Not a fan of either, but both teams gave 110% and I really enjoyed the game alot. Lions all the way baby!!

i have been in cc for almost 4 years and have almost paid off $40,000 in credit card debts but i have a emergency and i need $5,000 asap but i cant qualify for and credit right now that i know of. any suggestion? please dont tell me its not a good idea to borrow because i know that. also i make about $75,000 a year which is why i dont understand why it is so hard to get a loan but i appleied for about 5 and they all said now because i have 6 months left in cc.

It does not matter if it is animal's or human's . frankly we call
it excrement .
It seems that we do not have a choice and goverments feeding
us whatever they like & when we are buying we are not able
to think about what we realy are eating !
* Are there any honorable giant or small supermarkets that
would post a sign on top of each fruit or vegetable next to
it's price describing if they are fed by excrements or not ! ?

My friend who has CP, was scammed 20 years ago by her sister & family. They wanted to "borrow" $50K from her and pay her back monthly. They had signed a contract but it mysteriously disappeared. They now are financially set and have several assets. My friend does not have money for a lawyer right now. What can I do to help her? Will a lawyer make a deal with her to get her sister to pay the legal fees? Also what can the courts do to get her her money in lump sum? How long do these things usually take to settle? Thanks

I just lost my job in the Mortgage Industry, and I've been applying to several places, but nothing is coming through in my area. I am considering taking a job at the Home Depot or Kohls just until I figure things out, and to have income of course. The thing is, when I go to apply to these places, I don't want them to think I'm overqualified to stock shelves, because my resume shows dollar amounts and sales quotas, etc...

So my question is, if I'm applying to a part time or full time hourly retail position, that any 16 year old kid can do...should I gump down my resume?

And second, If the interviewer asks...what would be the best response to give, as to why I'm demoting my career?

There is so much drama... and anger coming from both sides of the fence here. **Do you really hate one another?
I can honestly see why both sides believe the way they believe. I believe in God and I have had personal experiences that Atheists have not, and I cannot prove that to you... which leads to the reason why I see the Atheist side as well. If I had not had the experiences I have had to lead to believe in God, I might be Atheist... but I am not. The reason I am pointing out Atheist and Christians is because that is the two that seem to be fighting so much. I wanna know, do you really hate each other that much? Can't you just accept that each person has their own way of living and you can't force each other to believe in one way or another? If you are gonna answer "Well they do so I am gonna do it back," don't bother. That isn't a justifiable answer, you have to claim your to your own behavior.

Right noe I feel like I have lost whatever purpose in life. Go ahead and give stupid answers if it makes you happy. I try to do the right things. I am not perfect but i am tired of always being the one that is not thought about or need i say that i would like to have someone that cares about me, my needs, and can let go of my faults, which are stupid, such as why i,m not home to fic dinner on time. The thing is that unless you have a bloody nose or bruises the verbal abuse doesnt count in the cops in their immaculate uniforms. It has been over 30 years and does anyone really care because I have just about stopped caring myself. I do not know where to turn or what to do. The doctors donot have all the answers just the money. does anyone really care or maybe the answer is not there. Thanks anyway.

My credit score is 300-400 and Ive never once had a credit source in my life. Two small medical bills I thought were taken care of have put me in bad credit. So apparently Im not qualified for first time buyer and they sent me over to there special credit. They tried to sell me a 94 car with no radio or AC for 5 grand and 18 month deal.

Does anyone know any big time legit companies with internet applications that offer help to those who need something higher then local special credit in Maine? Thanks

I am wondering b/c I JUST hit my head HARD on a friggin' cupboard corner :( and it is rapidly sprouting a big lump.......I actually hit it so hard I feel a little short of breath. I've been told b4 to not go to sleep too soon after something like that. Is that true? and if so, how long? I don't want to be up all night!

My 3 year old and I were in a department store today, and passed by a halloween display. He and I continued to talk about it as we were walking out. He said "Oooh spooky!" Problem was, we were passing several black ladies who gave me the dirtiest look. Should I tell my son that's a naughty word? We've never used that word in an ugly way, so when he said it it was in total innocence and wasn't talking about black people at all. Should I have tried to explain to the ladies, and risk bad turning to worse?
