Steve did fumble the ball alot early on in the game, so did a couple other Ravens. But I actually think it coul've been a different game if Todd Heap could've held onto the last pass in the endzone. Not a fan of either, but both teams gave 110% and I really enjoyed the game alot. Lions all the way baby!!

The offensive pass interference called on Heap was a little suspect to me also, I really didn't expect that call. There are too many factors that could've changed this game...

To Gman...very true, the whole offense was struggling, the defense carried the game. But there were chances for them to pull out with a win...

To qwerty...exactly, they actually tried to make up for the offensive interference call on Heap by calling defensive pass interference.

To ChrisS...I don't know about 10 wins, but I'll bet it will be more than 3, lol. If we do win 10 I'll be amazed, and happy as he** of course. I think we win somewhere in the neighborhood of 8 games, but we will give alot of teams some fits this season.

There's plenty of blame to go around. You forgot the ref's they deserve some of the blame also.

I'd put the blame on Billick. You absolutely never throw the ball on 3rd-and-1 in the 4th quarter with a 1 point lead and the best defense in the NFL.

If you take out the points off turnovers that the Bengals got, this was a 20-3 win for the Ravens. If you run the football, with the running game that the Ravens have (they've got their best running game in years with McGahee and Smith), you'll probably get a 1st down and eat some more clock. If you hold onto the ball and give it back to Cincinnati inside the 20, there is absolutely no way that the Bengals win the game. Nobody beats the Ravens when they're up in the 4th quarter unless they turn the ball over.

Billick needs to learn that he isn't Mike Martz and he isn't coaching the Lions (a pass-first team that wins 35-31). He's coaching the Ravens and therefore should expect to win 14-10. You never throw the ball late with a lead in a short yardage situation when coaching a run-oriented defensive team.

This is the same kind of mistake Marty Schottenheimer made back in the playoff game against New England last season which probably cost San Diego a Super Bowl.

Steve McNail 3 fumbles and a pick. That's just not going too cut it. The offensive pass interference should not have been called. I'd be getting fined on Tuesday if I were Brian Billick. That was one of the worst calls I've seen in regards to pass interference on anyside of the ball. Kyle Boller did a good job from the clips I did see Heap should have caught the ball, but I'm happy the Bengals won.

I think all three share the blame equally, McNair make mistakes early on the game, Heap failed to hold onto which would've sent the game into OT. And Boller and the raven that tipped the ball causing the bengals to catch it is also to blame. So in a way their all to blame

You can't blame the game on any one person or play. football is a team sport and the ravens lost as a team. and the bangels won as a team. there can be a lot of shoulda, coulda, woulda. But you can't blame individuals. Just got to put it out of you head and move on to next week.

Boller is definitely not to blame.

The only two in the running are Billick and the ref, for terrible play calling and a terrible call (make-up call does not bring back a touchdown)

How about blaming the entire Raven's offense for having six TO's. That's ridiculous, no matter who you are. Blame that.
