i have been in cc for almost 4 years and have almost paid off $40,000 in credit card debts but i have a emergency and i need $5,000 asap but i cant qualify for and credit right now that i know of. any suggestion? please dont tell me its not a good idea to borrow because i know that. also i make about $75,000 a year which is why i dont understand why it is so hard to get a loan but i appleied for about 5 and they all said now because i have 6 months left in cc.

I'm not picking on you, but I wonder what kind of cc are you in now? Making 75K/y and it still takes you 4 years to pay 40K? That's 10K/y, a little over 800/m - not nearly enough with you income of 6K/m. If you had really good cc you would be done in 18mo, have 20K in emergency fund, and wouldn't even think about borrowing again, which got you into this mess in the first place. Again, I'm not picking on, but maybe you should consult someone else?
