I scanned a photo of myself when I was little into my computer and being that it is an old photo it has a lot of scratches and stuff, is there a program I can download to edit it and clean up some of the scratches?

I go to work and tell myself I won't talk to her, but find myself chatting away. I don't know if she realizes I like her, but it's driving me crazy. Should I just stop talking to her or let her know how I feel? I feel bad becuase she's married, I can't stop my feelings though. I haven't acted on anything and probably won't because I respect marriage. Have you ever been in a situation like this? What did you do? I really think she flirts with me too.

Okay, I feel REALLY stupid for asking this, but I just can't figure it out. I need to perform a calculation on a number in order to get the desired result, but every time I try, I keep getting the opposite of what I want.

Here are some test examples:

Number = 5,000
Result = 200

Number = 10,000
Result = 100

Number = 20,000
Result = 50

Number = 40,000
Result = 25

etc.

Can anyone think of a formula to convert the number into the result?

It's that time for me again to upgrade my PC as slow as my pocket can take me.
I'm currently running a Pentium 4 3.2GHz processor with only a gig of ram which I'm planning to increase to 2 before my graphics upgrade.
My current graphics card is a XFX GeForce Fx5200 128MB AGP.
I've got my eye on the XFX GeForce 7600GT 256MB AGP.
Is this a wise choice, or could I get something better for the money (around £85)?

As a preface, I'd like to state that I fully intend to report and pay my taxes come due date. I would just rather pay them all at once rather than have them deducted weekly.
I live in NJ and work in NY City (in case that makes a difference). Is my employer required by law to withhold taxes weekly? Can I elect not to pay taxes weekly? If my employer MUST deduct, can I legally misreport on my W4 to have decrease my withholdings (claim to be married, add additional exemptions)?
I appreciate any help.

I happen to know that other Nissan vehicles carry Sirius and I do not see why I cannot use a tuner from one of those since there isn't a specific one for my car. The dealer and audio shops keep trying to tell me I need to get the external unit. I already have that, besides why put another antenna on my car when it has one built in. I want all the info through my factory radio too. There has to be a way to change the XM unit for a Sirius.

I worked with this girl who flirted with me a lot at work, assumed she liked me, even my parents (own the company) commented she had crush on me. I rejected, I felt bad a few months after I went to college and tried to apologize. I apparently scared her or pissed her off. She blocked me from facebook, and instant messanger and I still blocked. One co worker who knew about this basically told me to stop contacting her. When i worked with her again months later she said nothing about it.
I came back for the summer, she came in my store, stopped and stared at me. Was startled by my mom ordered something and left. Next her and her friend came in, I said Hi to the friend and she responded, the this girl didnt say anything, she kept her head down. Next thing I know a few days later she comes into my store talks to my parents about her and school and I hear at dinner all about her. Should I try and talk to her? I think she might be afraid of me, mad at me or might not believe I like her.

ok I have heard it said several times already tonight that we "know" evolution or that evolution is "fact"
