Look towards historical British movies. I also think that My Fair Lady is a good one to watch since Audrey Hepburn makes a Cockney accent.

Any where in London But I say strong cockney accents are in London boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham and Waltham Forest in East London. And Southwark Lambeth Lewsisham and Greenwich London boroughs in South East London The saying that it is the people can hear the bow bells is bullshit that church bell cant be heard in other parts of Bow today its London not a quiet village. Im from Millwall Isle of Dogs in the docklands part of the east end of London and I dont like cockney its sounds stupid and i luckly aint got a stong one I think just have a normal London accent things have changed ere
