Yes. Once you open the packaging, you need to preserve its moisture, aged cheese or not.
If it is a huge ball of cheese, I like to cut it in portions , individually wrap it in aluminum foil into ziplock bags, and freeze it. However, if you are a cheese eating family, it will be gone and consumed in days so dont bother to do that, just put it in the fridge.

www.ams.usda.gov/howtobuy/cheese.pdf ...try that i did a research on it and that's what I came up with I would think so cause it has dairy products just like the rest.I am sure you payed a fortune and they didn't give you packaging instructions...shame on them
