We've all seen this post as much as 5 times a day. It's part of a cut and paste job that is a standard answer to questions.

So, if a corporate CEO makes the statement that global warming is real, does that give the argument more truth, or is Wal-Mart trying to sell more CFC's?

I am an international student in USA, i lived here when i was little and we got the residency but my parents went back to my homecountry because of work, we all lost our residency, i was little and i couldn't decide by myself, and they made us resign, so now i am here in usa as an international student, I've been told that once you get your social security you'll have it for ever, you can never cancel it, and I am applying for a job on campus and they asked me for a social security, do i have to apply for another social security or can i just use the one i have?

My question is..I am thinking about selling a house and want to know if I have to pay capital gains tax. I used to live in the house, then starting renting it out. From what I know, if you lived in the house 2 of the past 5 years (which I have), you can avoid the tax. But...since I have been using it as a rental house the past 2 years, is that going to require me to pay a capital gains tax if I sell?

Don't get me wrong because I am all against animal cruelty to the fullest and what he did was very wrong. Of course he has to suffer the consequences to his actions, but there are a lot of people who have done worse to animals themselves, some of them I have saw with my own eyes, but way beyond my control. I don't hate Micheal Vick at all but I still am against what he has done, but I just think that people need to give him a break and it may sound silly to some, but I also feel that they aren't just putting so much pressure on him because of the dog fighting........

My friend's car has been impounded three times in the last four weeks. It costs about $300-$400 every time to get it out. I know she has not been resposible but this seems excessive. She doesn't even want to get it out this time. She just got it out two days ago.

I came home last night to find my companion masturbating to pornography! We have been together (exclusively) for 7 years now, and this is the FIRST time this has ever happened (that I know about).
What strikes a nerve the most is the fact that he denied it. I tend to believe him blindly, but as I was online I stumbled across some disturbing websites.
He denied it, leading me to believe he KNOWS he was doing something wrong and while doing it he KNEW I would be hurt/upset by finding out, since he lied, lied, and lied by trying to hide it.
We suffer from a healthy sex life from the beginning, you see I want to make love just about ALL the time, and he for some reason can conform himself with once a month. In fact asking him for sex, or trying to get him aroused is a task in itself (he'd rather sleep). It would be easier and faster to wait for rain in the middle of a drought.
My friends say "Cheating is doing something u suspect or know would make ur partner uncomfortable."

The Treaty says all Mexican's livinbg in California and ther progeny would be treated exactly as American citizens. The Supreme courts of both countries take that to mean any territories that became states were to be included. If all the riff raff that racist blurt is true why don't they tell it to the Supreme Court instead of from the soap box?
I have read the treaty and going by what I have said it meant and by what has happened I know it's meaning better than anyone here.

Ok, I am aware that this is a long shot, but here goes. I am planning on going to New York this weekend, it was a last minute weekend get away planned by my friends. We are driving from Quebec, Canada to New york. My problem is, I can not find my birth certificate, with a large family things get lost, my little sister put my important papers somewhere but thats gettig off track because I am pretty frustrated. Ok, so this is all the I.D. that I have,
An expired passport, it expired in 2001
An expired Medicare card, new one is in the mail, but wont be here before friday
My LEARNERS driving permit (it has my photo on it, it allows me to buy cigarettes)
My social insurance card
A letter head note from my work stating that I have worked there more then six months (I needed this to renew my medicare card because I lived in the states for one year in 1999)

I recently flew from Quebec to B.C. and for the plane my learners permit was enough I.D. but this is from Canada to the U.S.

i was informed that i may have a parulis (sinus tract) from an infection and that makes sense because it is now large and draining and my throat hurts.its like a pimple in my mouth.
ive been packing backing soda in and around it and that helps
but then more forms.i have no pain and i think it may go away once the infection is done draining.i cant afford a dentist visit.what could happen if i dont go? will it finish draining and go away?

Ok...here it goes: Bush and republicans believe in eliminating government as much as possible, believing that its inefficient. Think about it...does this explain why we wound up with Gonzo as our attorney general, A cadaver look a like sleep walker in charge of our security, an FDA that allows our food to be tainted, an EPA that makes it easier for polluters to poison our air, a border patrol that does not stop illegal aliens? Has Bush effectively proven to us that Government is incompentent by the people he has put in charge of runnning various departments..who make sure they look as bad as possible?

my dad has been having a high calcium level and today they suggested he go see a surgeon about removing his parathyroid.. has anybody ever had this done and what are the risks?
he is always extremely tired/sleepy . that is the only symptom he's had and they said it also has to do with this.. any info would be greatly appreciated.

I know I should know this, but it slipped my mind
When I add or subtract polynomials, how do I know which sign to use?
Example problem: (I don't know how to do the squared and cubed, so I'll just write it)
(12c squared + 3cd-5d squared) + (6cd+2d squared)
I can simplify it, until I get down to figuring out what sign to use.
