i was informed that i may have a parulis (sinus tract) from an infection and that makes sense because it is now large and draining and my throat hurts.its like a pimple in my mouth.
ive been packing backing soda in and around it and that helps
but then more forms.i have no pain and i think it may go away once the infection is done draining.i cant afford a dentist visit.what could happen if i dont go? will it finish draining and go away?

Some untreated dental infections can cause a lot complications. Yes you can afford the Dentist. All you need is an exam which some offices may even discount you. At least you will get antibiotics and then borrow $100 from someone and have the infected tooth extracted. Put yourself first.

THE INFECTION WON'T GO AWAY UNLESS EITHER OF 2 THINGS ARE DONE.
1= ROOT CANAL
OR
2= EXTRACTION
WHY?
BECAUSE WHEN THERE IS A DRAINING INFECTION THIS WON'T GET CURED UNTIL THE SOURCE OF THE INFECTION IS ELIMINATED.
