She is a spoiled brat. 16 years old and a freshman in highschool. She thinks pot is a way to live. Mom says ok because she threatens to move out so she can live smoking pot. what to do?

What do you think of trying to get Y!A to move the "horoscope" section to a different category and getting them to change the name to "Astrology"?

While some of the sun sign drivel that comes out here can only be classified as "entertainment", IMO, many of us here actually have/would like to aquire a more in depth understanding of the topic, and I feel that moving Astrology (or horoscopes if you must call it that) to a different section may help to encourage more thoughtful and interesting questions. I'm interested in your opinions, so please let me know what you think. If the consensus of the majority is that it should be moved, maybe we can get the attention of Y!A somehow and get this fixed :-)

They KNOW the number we're trying to dial, which is why the recording TELLS us to dial a 1. Why don't they just automatically dial it for us if it's such a big deal?

I don't smoke or anythin', but sometimes my hubby smokes w/ his bro(when drinkin' & thank GOD he hasn't lately) and I be around them....I know that u should smoke when on the pill cuz somethin' about blood clots....Ne-wayz, I'm just curious if somethin' like that would affect me if I don't even do it.....Just curious!!

You heard about the 9/11 attacks?

I liken it to when people ask- "Where were you when you heard JFK had died?" or when John Lennon was killed.

I was at work (a school) & saw a few teachers whispering in the hall & holding their mouths & looking very distressed.
I got up & asked what the trouble was & they told me. They kept it from the kids & the principal came on the pa system telling all teachers to shut off all computers.

A bit later, I went to the basement & all the custodians were watching it on tv.

They dismissed the kids early that day.....

It's a 1998 Mark 4. The handbrake cable is adjusted up and is fully tight on the 5th notch. But the car won't hold on a hill. The normal footbrake operation is fine. I removed the rear hubs and could find nothing wrong. There is plenty of lining left. Help!
