a gprs modem, suggest to put sim as i'm in KSA, sawa or mobily but how could i connect to internet world? It is a broadband or what kind of connection it is?

You need to subscribe to a cellular provider. This is an expensive way to connect.

GPRS modem cards are usually locked to whatever cellphone provider sold it. Contact them for all the settings and "EXPENSIVE" pricing.
If it is a 1st gen card and it does not say EDGE, it is dial up speed. If it says EDGE, it is close to DSL speeds.
