Ok...here it goes: Bush and republicans believe in eliminating government as much as possible, believing that its inefficient. Think about it...does this explain why we wound up with Gonzo as our attorney general, A cadaver look a like sleep walker in charge of our security, an FDA that allows our food to be tainted, an EPA that makes it easier for polluters to poison our air, a border patrol that does not stop illegal aliens? Has Bush effectively proven to us that Government is incompentent by the people he has put in charge of runnning various departments..who make sure they look as bad as possible?

Great thinking! They (the republicans) also want to bankrupt the government so they can do away with the entitlement programs...Social Security, Medicare and Medicade. They have been trying for years and they feel if they can bankrupt the government (spend more by wasting it in Iraq and get less by the tax cuts for the rich) then the "only way out" is to dismantle the entitlement programs.

YES!!!!! This way all the Republicans can say see! We were right! Government run is not as good as corporate run.(Not to mention a lot less profitable for them!) :)
