I think every senator and representative supports the troops. Whether they are Republican or Democrat... I think Craig is a huge hypocrite publicly crying against gay rights when he appears to be sexually attracted to men himself but I wouldn't question any senator's support of the troops.

Both sides need to stop turning the troops into some weird competition for patriotism... we are all Americans.

But the multiple brain injuries the Boise soldier suffered during months of hunting roadside bombs finally overwhelmed him in March. He was flown to Walter Reed Army Medical Center for treatment of post concussion syndrome.

Freeman, 34, is part of the Boise-based 321st Engineer Battalion, the "IED hunters" that hit the road every day looking for the biggest killer of U.S. troops. Since October, it's been their job to find bombs before they harm other troops or Iraqis. About 200 Idaho soldiers are conducting the perilous mission in the volatile Anbar Province. They are expected to return to home in September.
